Integrating and developing ICT for the school has become an important facet conferred a more robust pattern to get new teaching learning models. The combination of several benefits form context English skills. In this pandemic situation, teachers should use kind tools online teaching. Supported necessity, there must be problems faced by teacher in access ICT. Studying teachers' capability barriers education will help successful technology adopters future. This study applied qualitative descriptive research design conducted through questionnaires, observation, interviews. result questionnaire, interview, observation was described.
